I’ve decided to found SBD after 20 years of experience in Sales & Marketing Management of companies mostly of the beauty and wellness markets (cosmetics, food supplement, health and functional nutrition) but not only, operating mainly in mass market, drugstore, pharmacy and perfumery. I’ve worked on the launch of new projects and on the relaunch of those in difficulty, on the entrance to new sales channels and in new countries. But above all, I’ve decided to monetize the solid professional and commercial relationships developed through the years.
We don’t have the fixed structure and staff costs, which are typical of classic model companies.
We help companies identify and develop their potential, by defying a strategic and operating plan in order to support growth, implementing it with clearly defined objectives and timeframes.
Our strength is the possibility to put, depending on the project, one or more managers and professionals. This allows to deal with projects of different levels of length and complexity, optimizing costs and investments.
